Amazon.com Product Description The Timex T79091 My First Timex analog watch is the perfect timepiece complement to more dressy outings. With a more adult design, it has a round, mid-sized silver stainless steel watch case the highly polished bezel that frames a white dial background with easy-to-read Arabic numerals and black baton hands (with purple seconds hand). It also offers water resistance to 30 meters and a lavender genuine leather strap. The Indiglo night-light uniformly lights the surface of the watch dial using patented blue electroluminescent lighting technology. It uses less battery power than most other watch illumination systems, enabling your watch battery to last longer.

| Customer Reviews:
Watch is okay, the band is not December 7, 2008 Boris Ralchenko (Ontario, Canada) Title says it. The watch itself is fine, the band looks nice at first, but gets broken in couple of months. The weak area is where it connects to the watch, and it is really weak. This is watch for kids, probably first watch for most, and this was not great experience.
cute but definitely unreliable January 25, 2007 Carol Cohen (Piedmont, CA USA) 1 out of 1 found this review helpful
It was our second kids timex watch that broke within the first year. Yes, there is a warranty, but it costs as much as the watch cost to get it repaired that way. The third watch is still working after one year though. If you want a cute watch that looks like a grown up watch this fits the bill. My daughter was heartbroken when it quit working after six months.

This was a perfect choice for a child who is not an adult, but needs a grown up looking watch and who needs to learn how to tell time as analog and not digital. Very pleased with choice.
