We wish we knew how good this item is but twice Amazon couldn't get them to us undamaged. The original and replacement shipments were tossed into a box with a strip of paper for packing material. All arrived bent. We didn't try a third order. We bought them locally - slightly higher cost but undamaged.

The cookie sheets that I received were of good value especially for the price. I don't know why I kept the old cookie sheets when the ones I got were great. Nothing stuck and they washed up great.

In my experience, this product shaves a minute or more off the cooking time for my cookies. But once I adjusted to that--it worked out as a convenience. This is lightweight, holds many cookies, and I use it to cook those mini-pizzas too.
Easy to clean, easy to remove cookies without scraping.
