Coated inside and out with rugged nonstick, Circulon 2 cookware eliminates the chore of scrubbing pots and pans. Inside their bottoms, Circulon's patented Hi-Low system of concentric grooves creates narrow ridges to take utensil abuse, leaving low, wide grooves unscathed to readily release food and ensuring long life for the nonstick coating. Beneath the nonstick is harder-than-steel anodized aluminum. Pot and pan bottoms are left uncoated to conduct heat quickly and prevent hot spots. Slip-resistant synthetic grips on riveted, polished, stainless-steel handles stay cool on the stovetop and go safely in an oven up to 350 degrees F. I made the decision to buy this set over stainless. I'm glad I did. Heats up very easily, the handles are still cool. Cleaning is a breeze, nothing sticks!

I purchased this for my daughter for xmas. She couldnt wait to use it. She Loves It! She wanted some good cookware no more of the 69.99 sets. She says it heats evenly, quickly and cooks great, cutting her cooking time. She cant wait for ME to purchase her additonal pieces...(lol).
I myself own some of the bakeware pieces, i too am lovin it.

This is our 3rd try at nonstick cookware. First, Cuisinart and then Calphalon. Both were not truly nonstick and Cuisinart has a titanium coating. Circulon really is nonstick and the cleanup is a snap. Other reviews mention nothing happens if put into a dishwasher but I have been told that is dangerous b/c the coating scratches and can leak onto food. These pans cook food better and washing up a pan takes less than a minute - certainly a worthwhile effort for a healthier cookware approach. I would highly recommend this set.

My husband and I received this set 3 years ago as an engagement gift. We had picked out a different cookware set, but when I felt the weight of these, I knew they were quality and decided to keep them. I was also attracted to the look and design of these pots and pans. I am so happy with this set. The food cooks evenly, the pans wash up so easily, and they still look brand-new! The lids are easier to store, because they are slimmer, and they work very well, even if you want to tilt them a little to vent. This Circulon set has even survived my husband's many attempts to create his own recipes. We love these pots and pans.

This product was for a friend. I bought the same set 5 years ago and love it. Nothing sticks to it as it has ridges in the bottom and with a drop or two of oil nothing sticks. The pans are well put together and mine still looks new.
